Architecture

建築科

Focuses on architectural design, drafting, spatial planning, and foundational construction techniques.

Current Status

Currently, the department consists of 6 classes (5 in Architecture and 1 in Construction Technology under the Practical Skill Program). We will be recruiting 2 new Architecture classes in the 2026 academic year.

Certification Guidance

  • 1st Year: Level C Technician for Surveying
  • 2nd Year: Level C Technician for Architectural Drafting (Hand Drawing)
  • 2nd Year: Level C Technician for Architectural Drafting (Computer-Aided)
  • 3rd Year: Level B Technician for Engineering Surveying

* Goal: Acquire three Level C and one Level B professional certificates.

A newly established program focusing on electronic circuits, microcontrollers, and modern applications to meet the booming demand in the semiconductor and smart tech industries.

Department History

In response to industry demands and community expectations, our proposal to establish the Electronics Department was approved by the K-12 Education Administration, MOE in 2025. We will officially enroll one class annually starting in the 2026 academic year (115 Academic Year).

  • Basic Electronic Skills: Emphasizes practical operations like circuit soldering, component identification, and PCB design & manufacturing, directly aligning with on-site requirements in the semiconductor industry.
  • Smart Tech Applications: Features specialized courses in drone technology and smart home systems, cultivating IoT sensor integration abilities.
  • Programming Integration: Integrates software and hardware via programming logic and embedded system development to fulfill Industry 4.0 talent needs.

Current Status

Since the 2018 academic year, we rotate our annual intake (1 class per year) among four specialized programs: Commercial Affairs, Commercial Information, Advertising Technology, and Construction Technology. For the 2026 academic year (115 Academic Year), we will recruit 1 class for the Advertising Technology program.

Curriculum Planning

Following MOE guidelines, our employment-oriented curriculum integrates the strengths and certification resources of all our major departments. Example courses include Retail Services (Business Mgmt), Securities Investment Practices (Accounting), Intro to Computers (Data Processing), Layout Design (Advertising Design), and Computer Vector Drafting (Architecture). We aim to build students' confidence through diverse hands-on practices, helping them discover their ideal career paths.

  • Business Cluster: Retail, marketing, logistics, securities, programming, international trade, and e-commerce startups.
