The development of our school through the years, from a branch campus to a leading vocational institution in Yunlin.
August 1955
Founded as the "Tuku Branch of Taiwan Provincial Chiayi Commercial Vocational School".
August 1968
Shifted focus to senior vocational education (High School level) in response to national education reform.
August 1969
Gained independence as "Taiwan Provincial Tuku Senior Commercial & Industrial Vocational School".
February 2000
Renamed to "National Tuku Vocational High School of Commerce & Industry" (Current Name).
Present
Under the leadership of Principal Wu Xing-hong, continuing to innovate in commercial and industrial education.

- 1. Compact Yet Exquisite Campus: Covering 40,600 square meters, our school continually upgrades its hardware and software to provide an elite, well-equipped learning environment that is highly praised by the community.
- 2. Comprehensive Campus Safety: We ensure a highly secure environment through regular maintenance of all public and sports facilities, full surveillance camera coverage, and on-duty military instructors coordinating with local police.
- 3. Green and Aesthetic Campus: We actively enhance campus beauty through government-funded landscaping projects, including transforming old building exteriors into lush green walls with the help of our Architecture students.
- 4. Secure Building Infrastructure: All campus buildings undergo strict, regular professional inspections. We also actively secure government funding for major renovations and new constructions (e.g., Ren-Ai and Zhong-Xiao Buildings).
- 5. Upgraded Fire Safety Measures: We allocate annual budgets to strictly maintain and upgrade fire safety equipment. We also conduct regular fire drills and personnel training to protect lives and property.
- 6. Advanced Learning Environment: Every classroom is fully equipped with separate air conditioning, 120-inch projector screens, digital podiums, cloud systems, and Bluetooth microphones to support modern teaching.
- 7. Benchmark Certification Venues: We offer certified testing grounds for 11 categories across 9 professions. Notably, our testing venues for Accounting (Level B/C) and Pre-press processes (Level B/C) are the only ones available in Yunlin County.
